Your 2018 Oireachtas Training Guide is here!! This guide contains useful tips to use in the final days leading up to, and during, the 2018 Oireachtas. If you are attending the Mid-America Oireachtas, there are additional in-person opportunities for you! Good luck to all competitors & happy training!
PREPARE YOUR BODY & MIND at the TT OIREACHTAS CLINIC
Clinic includes low impact mobility exercises to mobilize dancer's joints and loosen muscles, self myofascial release (rolling), and mindset work. This is not your average Target Training class where athletes will be exhausted and sore - they will feel rejuvenated and ready to compete!

Swing by the Target Training Booth in the vendor area to find out about upcoming classes, grab some Target Training gear or say hello! Volunteer at the Booth For TT athletes ages 13 & up who will be at the Mid-America Oireachtas, we would love to have you join us by volunteering at the booth.

Set up a 1-1 Nutrition Consultation with her to make sure your dancer is properly fueling their body for the hours of training and during competition days.
