CLINICS

75-minute LIVE virtual clinics dedicated to strengthening and mobilizing targeted muscles and joints to improve specific Irish dance techniques. Join us for clinics dedicated to various Irish dance techniques!

 

All participants will receive a supplemental training packet prior to each clinic outlining all exercises from the class to continue training at home.

 

FEE:  $30/clinic or SAVE and register for the Jan/Feb Clinic Bundle (4 clinics total) for $100! 

*All LIVE classes held on ZOOM video.  Further details will be emailed prior to the first class using the email listed on your registration.

Towel Clinic | Focus - Turnout, Single Leg Strength, Pointing

Massage Ball Clinic | Focus - Flexibility & Mobility
- Sunday, February 28
- 10:00-11:15am/CST
- Equipment needed - 1 small massage ball (or tennis ball)

10 WEEK WORKOUTS

55-minute weekly classes designed to improve your strength, flexibility, and endurance for Irish dance. These classes build upon each other each week for an exciting challenge! Athletes also participate in fitness testing the first and final weeks of class to track how much they have improved in each area of Irish dance-specific fitness. 

We are currently offering two sessions of our signature class, the 10 Week Workout, in Winter and Spring 2021.

FEE:  $250 for 10 weeks of training (Winter & Spring 10 Week Workouts)
