CLASSES | 10 Week Workout
10 WEEK WORKOUTS
These 55-minute weekly classes are designed to build full-body strength, mobility, and endurance to improve Irish dance techniques. These classes build upon each other each week for an exciting challenge! Athletes register for each session based on their age and may attend class once, twice or three times each week with their registration.
FEE: $300 for 10 weeks of classes

*All LIVE classes held on ZOOM video. Further details will be emailed prior to the first class using the email listed on your registration.
*Registration allows for 1 user on 1 device. You are not allowed to share login information or use on multiple devices. If you do not follow these guidelines, your access will be removed and registration fee will not be refunded.
*10 Week Workout classes are not recorded and may not be recorded by any participant.
*10 Week Workout classes cannot be prorated. There are no refunds once the session has started.
