Our signature program, the 10 Week Workout, is a progressive training system designed to build full-body strength, mobility, and endurance to improve Irish dance techniques. These classes build upon each other each week for an exciting challenge!

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE 10WW

  • Athletes register for the session based on their age and can attend any (and as many as they would like) classes throughout the week!  So you can attend when its convenient for you!

    • Classes are for athletes age 8-12 and 13+​

  • Classes are recorded and available for two weeks after each class. So if you miss a class or can't attend, you have the option of training along with the class recording...anytime, anywhere!

  • Want to elevate your training outside of class? Athletes have the opportunity to complete the home training videos through your TT Weekly Challenges!

  • BONUS! Each day that an athlete completes a Weekly Challenge, they earn a "TT Token".  Those "tokens" can be redeemed for TT gear!

FAQ

- How many classes can I attend each week?  You can attend all three classes in the week if you wish!  With one registration, athletes can attend as many classes within their age group as they would like.

- How many classes do you recommend each week? If you're new to Target Training, start with one.  We recommend shooting for two to three classes (or utilizing the recording) for optimal benefit. 

- When are the recorded classes available?  The class recording is available within 24 hours of each Sunday's class.  They will be available for two weeks. 

- Is every class curriculum different?  The 10 Week Workout is a progressive training system where each week builds upon that last.  Within a week, the curriculum is the same. This allows athletes to perfect their form while receiving varied feedback from the different coaches. 

- My athlete has an injury.  Should they still participate?  Email us at info@targettrainingdance.com.  Many injuries we can provide modifications for so we can allow the injured area to heal while continue to strengthen the rest of the body. 

*All LIVE classes held on ZOOM video.  Further details will be emailed upon registration using the email listed on your registration.

*Registration allows for 1 user on 1 device.  You are not allowed to share login information or use on multiple devices.  If you do not follow these guidelines, your access will be removed and registration fee will not be refunded. 

*10 Week Workout classes may not be recorded by any participant.

*10 Week Workout classes cannot be prorated. There are no refunds once the session has started.
