CLASSES | 10 Week Workouts

55-minute weekly classes designed to improve your strength, flexibility, and endurance for Irish dance. These classes build upon each other each week for an exciting challenge! Athletes also participate in fitness testing the first and final weeks of class to track how much they have improved in each area of Irish dance-specific fitness. 

We are currently offering two sessions of our signature class, the Spring 10 Week Workout starting in March, and the Summer 10 Week Workout starting in June.

FEE:  $250 for 10 weeks of training (Spring session); $225 for 9 weeks of training (Summer session)

*All LIVE classes held on ZOOM video.  Further details will be emailed prior to the first class using the email listed on your registration.

*Registration allows for 1 log in on 1 device.  You are not allowed to share login information or use on multiple devices.  If you do not follow these guidelines, your access will be removed and registration fee will not be refunded.
