CLASSES | 10 Week Workouts

55-minute weekly classes designed to improve your strength, flexibility, and endurance for Irish dance. These classes build upon each other each week for an exciting challenge! Athletes also participate in fitness testing the first and final weeks of class to track how much they have improved in each area of Irish dance-specific fitness.

While classes are being held on zoom, all athletes may attend the class they register for and one additional 10WW class each week!

*Please note all times listed are in CST.

FEE: fall session - $250 for 10 weeks of training

*All LIVE classes held on ZOOM video.  Further details will be emailed prior to the first class using the email listed on your registration.

*Registration allows for 1user on 1 device.  You are not allowed to share login information or use on multiple devices.  If you do not follow these guidelines, your access will be removed and registration fee will not be refunded.
