Service Description

Flexibility for Irish dance does not come easy for many dancers. We have been studying the most effective ways for dancers to safely improve their flexibility and range of motion and have put it together in our new program, the Six Week Stretch Lab. DETAILS Daily training - Athlete's will commit to a daily training program using the Six Week Stretch Lab program videos and training calendar. Live classes - Live classes (which will be recorded for athletes to view on their own time) will be held every week. We cannot wait to dive into this new program with you!!

CANCELLATION POLICY For all 1-1 and group classes, kindly give us 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to the full charge.
