CLASSES | FREE  10 Week Workout Trial Class

Have you ever wondered what we do in 10 Week Workout classes? Want to find out without having to sign up for the full 10 weeks of training? Join us for this FREE class on Friday, April 7! In this class, Ellen and Ella will guide athletes through a full-body workout designed to build strength, mobility, and endurance to improve Irish dance techniques, just like in the 10 Week Workouts! Time: Ages 7-12: 4:30-5:25 pm CST

           Ages 13 & Up: 5:30-6:25 pm CST

*All LIVE classes held on ZOOM video.  Further details will be emailed prior to the first class using the email listed on your registration.

*Registration allows for 1 user on 1 device.  You are not allowed to share login information or use on multiple devices.  If you do not follow these guidelines, your access will be removed and registration fee will not be refunded. 

*10 Week Workout classes are not recorded and may not be recorded by any participant.
