In this interactive clinic, dancers will learn how to fuel their bodies like athletes not guess, restrict, or follow trends.
This course breaks down the essentials of nutrition for their growth, development and performance in a simple, practical way so dancers can support their strength, stamina, recovery, and focus all season long.
This program will:

Teach the core foundations of nutrition for Irish dancers

Break down macronutrients, protein, carbs, healthy fats, and hydration in a way that’s easy to digest and apply

Address common mistakes like under-fueling, low energy, and inconsistent eating

Provide simple tools and strategies dancers can use immediately.
