Service Description
These 55-minute weekly classes are designed to build full-body strength, mobility, and endurance to improve Irish dance techniques. These classes build upon each other each week for an exciting challenge! Athletes register for the session based on their age and may attend as many classes, in their age group, per week with their registration! Mondays - 4:30-5:25/CST April 13, 20, 27 May 4, 11, 18 June 1, 8, 15, 22 *no class May 25 Tuesdays - 5:30-6:25pm/CST April 14, 21, 28 May 5, 12, 19, 26 June 2, 9, 16, 23 *note there are 11 Tuesday dates Sundays - 6:00-6:55pm/CST April 19, 26 May 3, 10, 17, 31 June 7, 14, 21 *note there are 9 Sunday class dates *no class on May 24 The Monday class is recorded and available for athletes to view during the duration of the session.
