Mindset & Mobility Clinics | June 30, July 1 & 2

Join us at Nationals for our most popular pre-competition clinics: the Mindset & Mobility Clinics! These 75-minute in-person clinics aren't like your typical Target Training classes that leave you sweaty and sore. Instead, in this class we guide athletes through a gentle warm-up to increase blood flow, a mobility series to relieve tension in tight muscles, and a visualization series to promote relaxation and mental toughness.

Fee: $50 per clinic

Dates: Sunday, June 30 | 2:00-3:15 pm

            Monday, July 1 | 2:00-3:15 pm

            Tuesday, July 2 | 2:00-3:15 pm
