Map your path to the 2026 Oireachtas with the

Oireachtas Prep Masterclass

In the fall, the Oireachtas is the moment so many Irish dancers train toward. But showing up at your best doesn't happen by accident, it takes focused preparation, honest self-assessment, and a clear plan built around your goals.

This masterclass guides dancers through every dimension of Oireachtas readiness: physical preparation, mental strategy, managing busy schedules and smart goal-setting so you walk into competition day confident, focused, and fully prepared.

WHAT WE'LL COVER

  • Performance analysis - Take an honest, structured look at where you are right now. We'll help you identify what's working, what needs attention, and where your biggest opportunities for improvement lie.  This way, your training between now and Oireachtas is targeted, not scattered.

  • Goal setting for competition - Vague goals don't work. We'll walk through setting specific, actionable goals tailored to your Oireachtas aspirations.  These are the goals that keep you motivated through the long prep season and give you something concrete to measure your progress against.

  • Preparation strategy - Get the training insights, mental preparation tools, and practical strategies you need to build momentum into competition day. From managing peak training loads to showing up with the right mindset on the day, we'll cover what it actually takes to compete at your best.
