Flexibility doesn’t come naturally for every dancer but that doesn’t mean it can’t be developed.
At Target Training, we’ve studied what really works when it comes to improving flexibility for Irish dancers.
The result? The Six Week Stretch Lab – an evidence informed, dancer-tested program designed to increase mobility, improve range of motion, and support technique.
Whether you’re working toward higher kicks, stronger lines, or just want to feel more mobile and confident in your dancing — the Stretch Lab is here to help you get there.
Program Requirements

U12 age group or older

30 minutes a day for 6 weeks

5-minute Morning Mobility to start your day

25-minute Daily Flexibility Session using our guided videos

Consistency is key — progress depends on daily commitment!

*All LIVE classes held on ZOOM video. Further details will be emailed prior to the first class using the email listed on your registration.
*Registration allows for 1 user on 1 device. You are not allowed to share login information or use on multiple devices. If you do not follow these guidelines, your access will be removed and registration fee will not be refunded.
* All content available to download and save during the six week course. Content will not be available after the course has concluded.
