Service Description

The Mindset Mastery Program is designed to empower Irish dancers to start owning their dance journey and learn the mental tools and strategies to level up their training. This 8-week intensive will provide dancers with in-depth knowledge of the best mental strategies to train and compete with an unmatched sense of confidence. Dancers will tailor their mindset to work to their advantage and learn real-time strategies to overcome nerves, cope with set-backs, and reach their highest potential on and off the stage. Program Outline Session 1: Sunday, September 29 Introduction to Mental Performance Coaching Identify & Utilize Your Mental Strengths: Mental Skills for Successful Athletes Session 2: Sunday, October 6 Complete Confidence: Never Leave Confidence to Chance Session 3: Sunday, October 13 Calm the Body, Calm the Mind: Breathing & Relaxation The Mistake Formula and Resetting After Set Backs Session 4: Sunday, October 20 Trust Yourself, Your Talent, and Your Training Session 5: Sunday, October 27 Mental Imagery and Visualization Skills Managing Burnout, Stress, & Pressure Session 6: Sunday, November 3 Self-Talk: Make Your Inner Dialogue Your Biggest Asset Session 7: Sunday, November 10 Understanding & Managing Pre-Performance Jitters Session 8: Sunday, November 17 Performance Preparation: Putting It All Together
