Service Description

Fall Pre-Season Training is all about applying principles of exercise science to Irish dance training. With this program, athletes will learn to strength train like never before with the goal of building a foundation of strength and stability to decrease their risk of injuries while also improving Irish dance skills.  With registration, athletes are able to attend three classes per week, led by our expert TT Coaching Team. Athletes also receive access to the Pre-Season Training Center where they can access class recordings and weekly workouts. Fall Pre-Season Training is for athletes ages 8-12 and 13+ who are looking to crush their fall goals and level up their training programs.​ Fridays | 5:30-6:25pm/CST August 9, 16, 23 & 30 Saturdays | 9:00-9:55am/CST August 10, 17, 24 & 31 Sundays | 5:30-6:25pm/CST August 4, 11, 18, 25
