Service Description

10 Week Workout class for athletes 13 & up. Classes are held three times per week on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and registration allows you to attend as many or as few per week as you would like. Dates are as follows: Sundays, 6:30-7:25 pm CDT September 11, 18, 25 October 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 November 6, 13 Wednesdays, 5:30-6:25 pm CDT September 14, 21, 28 October 5, 12, 19, 26 November 2, 9, 16 Fridays, 5:30-6:25 pm CDT September 16, 23, 30 October 7, 14, 21, 28 November 4, 11, 18 *All LIVE classes held on ZOOM video. Further details will be emailed prior to the first class using the email listed on your registration. *Registration allows for 1 log in on 1 device. You are not allowed to share login information or use on multiple devices. If you do not follow these guidelines, your access will be removed and registration fee will not be refunded. *Clinics and Masterclasses are NOT recorded nor may be recorded by any participant. *There are no refunds or exchanges AFTER a clinic or masterclass has taken place.

CANCELLATION POLICY For all 1-1 and small group classes, kindly give us 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to the full charge.
