4 Week Workout

Strength.  Flexibility.  Endurance.  


Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many regional Oireachtas championships have been rescheduled for dates in early 2021. At Target Training, we want to make sure dancers maintain their strength, mobility, and endurance in this unique training season to ensure they are ready to take the stage no matter what day the competition is. We've introduced the December 4 Week Workout as a way to help dancers continue training through the end of the year!


The 4 Week Workout, just like our popular 10 Week Workouts, focuses on the 5 target areas necessary to accelerate your Irish dance training:

  • foot & ankle strength

  • turnout

  • power

  • trunk strength

  • flexibility & mobility
