Last Minute Clinics | Tuesday, June 17

Want to learn our most effective tips to improving your Irish dance technique?  Join us for the Last Minute Clinics! In these 20-minute clinics, athletes learn how to improve each dance skill with a quick series of exercises targeting that skill both leading up to AND on the day of the competition!

Mindset & Mobility Clinics | Dates TBD

Join us at Nationals for our most popular pre-competition clinics: the Mindset & Mobility Clinics! These 75-minute in-person clinics aren't like your typical Target Training classes that leave you sweaty and sore. Instead, in this class we guide athletes through a gentle warm-up to increase blood flow, a mobility series to relieve tension in tight muscles, and a visualization series to promote relaxation and mental toughness.

Target Training's Relaxation Station | June 30-July 4

Target Training's Relaxation Station is designed to help dancers mentally and physically prepare to take the stage in Texas. This unique station includes full-length compression boots and a zero gravity chair to promote physical relaxation and recovery, as well as noise-canceling headphones and an eye mask to help athletes stay "in the zone" and mindful.

Research shows that compression treatment can: 

  • Improve circulation

  • Decrease swelling

  • Decrease muscle soreness

  • Decrease muscle tension and improve range of motion

  • Reduce blood lactate levels
